PORT EDWARD, B.C. – The wait is over for one of the most anticipated musical events of the summer. The Intertidal Music Festival returns for a full weekend of music, food, and culture, running from Friday, July 18 to Sunday, July 20at the stunning and historic North Pacific Cannery.
The three-day, family-friendly festival is set to deliver an unforgettable experience, featuring over 15 bands across three dynamic stages, promising more than 25 individual performances against the stunning backdrop of the Port Edward waterfront.
Headliners and Must-See Acts
This year’s lineup boasts an impressive and diverse array of talent.
- Kicking things off as the Day 1 headliner on Friday night is the acclaimed indie rock band Current Swell, set to take the main Trigon Stage at 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday night will be headlined by the powerful sounds of LeRoy Joe & The Spiritual Warriors at 9:45 p.m., while the EDM Stage will feature Download History closing out the night at 11:30 p.m.
- Sunday will see a full day of music, with bands like Mudcat Blues and Men Who Listen wrapping up the festival in the afternoon.
The packed schedule includes something for every musical taste, from the Celtic-infused rock of Celtic Rain and the high-energy performance of The Swells to local favourites like Doug Faust and Kate Pike on the Acoustic Stage.
